One record per contract
Customer, start date, tenure, the units it covers, the number of planned visits and the breakdown limit. Each contract gets a number like AMC-0042, and you can attach the signed copy and receipts.
Meazurable WorkLogger tracks every annual maintenance contract you sell: the units it covers, the planned visits, the breakdown calls used and the renewal date. Your engineers get each visit on their phone, and you get reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before a contract ends.
What it does
Most service businesses keep AMCs in an Excel sheet and find out about an expired contract when the customer calls with a breakdown. Here the contract drives the work: visits are created from it, calls count against it and reminders go out from it.
Customer, start date, tenure, the units it covers, the number of planned visits and the breakdown limit. Each contract gets a number like AMC-0042, and you can attach the signed copy and receipts.
Four visits on a 12-month contract land every three months, starting on the start date. Move any visit if the customer asks. Each one goes on the assigned engineer's list at 10 AM on its day.
A breakdown call raised against the contract shows "2 of 4 used". Once the limit is reached, the next call is marked chargeable, so your team knows to bill it before they go.
Admins and the service managers get an email and a phone notification at 9 AM on each of those days. A contract that is renewed stops sending reminders.
The new period starts the day after the old one ends, with the same units, visits and limit copied over. Change what you need, upload the payment receipt, save.
The engineer fills the service report on their phone and the customer signs on the screen. The report carries the contract number and the visit number, so you can show which of the four visits it was.
The AMC report
Contracts ending in the next 7, 30 and 60 days, contracts that have lapsed, and every contract in force with its visits and breakdown calls.
Ending soon. Grouped into 7, 30 and 60 days, so you know which customers to call about renewal this week.
Lapsed. Contracts whose end date passed without a renewal. The units are no longer covered.
In force. Visits done, missed and due, and breakdown calls used against the limit.

Preventive maintenance visits for X-ray, ultrasound and patient monitors at hospitals and clinics, each with a report the biomedical engineer signs.
Quarterly servicing on AMC units, breakdown calls in summer, and a clear count of which calls are free and which you bill.
Questions
It keeps track of your annual maintenance contracts: which customer, which machines, when the contract ends, how many service visits are due and how many breakdown calls are left. Meazurable WorkLogger also schedules the visits, reminds you before renewals and records a signed service report for each visit.
Every contract has an end date. WorkLogger marks it "expiring" 60 days before that date and sends reminders by email and phone notification at 60, 30 and 7 days. If the date passes without a renewal, the contract shows as lapsed on the AMC report, so you can call the customer that week.
The call is still logged and your engineer can still attend it. WorkLogger marks it chargeable so the office knows to bill it. You can also set a contract to unlimited breakdown calls.
An AMC (annual maintenance contract) usually covers labour and scheduled servicing. A CMC (comprehensive maintenance contract) also covers spare parts. WorkLogger tracks both the same way: dates, units, visits and breakdown calls. What is covered is up to the terms you agree with the customer.
Yes. The AMC report lists each contract in force with its visits done, missed and due. A visit that is still open 15 days after its date is marked missed.
No. WorkLogger tracks the contract and the work. Billing stays in your accounting software. You can upload the payment receipt against a renewal so the office has it in one place.
The core app is ₹250 per user per month, with setup, hosting and support included. The AMC and service report modules are priced separately depending on your team, so book a demo and we will give you a number.
