Meazurable WorkLogger runs site surveys, quotations, installations, breakdown calls and AMC visits for air-conditioning businesses. Technicians record pressure, current and temperature readings for every unit on their phone, the customer signs, and AMC renewals come up 60 days before they are due.
Set up on day one
Your account starts with these departments and steps, and a catalogue of split, cassette, VRF and ductable units, wet servicing, gas charging and AMC plans. Change any of it.
Service reports
A site with six units gets six filled forms in one report. When the customer says a unit was never serviced, you have its readings and photos from the last visit.

Questions
It organises the work an AC or HVAC company does at customer sites: site surveys, installations, breakdown calls and scheduled maintenance, with a report for each visit. Meazurable WorkLogger also tracks AMC contracts and the GPS attendance and travel of your technicians.
Yes. The installation, service and PM forms ask for high and low side pressure, gas type, current and temperature for each unit, plus photos. The customer signs on the technician's phone, and the readings are in the PDF report.
Enter the contract with its start date and the number of PM visits, and the visits are spread evenly across the year. Four visits on a 12-month contract fall every three months, each on the assigned technician's list at 10 AM on its day.
The office logs each call against the customer and assigns a technician. If the unit is under AMC, the call is counted against the contract's breakdown limit, and calls beyond the limit are marked chargeable. Calls not closed by midnight go back on the list at 9 AM as missed.
Yes. Each unit at a customer site is in the equipment register with its brand, model, serial number, location, installation date and warranty end date, whatever the type.
