Meazurable WorkLogger runs the sales, installation and biomedical service teams of a medical equipment dealer in one app. Demos and tenders are followed up, every installation and service visit ends in a report the hospital signs, and AMC and CMC renewals are flagged 60 days ahead.
Set up on day one
Your account starts with these departments and steps. Rename, add or remove any of them.
Service reports
The engineer fills one form per unit on their phone. The hospital's contact signs, and the report is saved against the equipment register with its serial number, installation date and warranty end date.
How service reports workInstallation & commissioning
Installed at (ward / room), accessories supplied, power-on self test, calibration verified, training given to, remarks, photos
Breakdown service
Reported fault, diagnosis, parts replaced, equipment status after visit, photos
Preventive maintenance
Checks done, electrical safety test, earth resistance (Ω), leakage current (µA), calibration, next calibration due, observations
Preventive visits scheduled from the contract, breakdown calls counted, renewal reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days.
GPS punch in and out, a check-in at every hospital, and kilometres for the travel allowance.
Every enquiry has a next step and a person. Missed ones come back at 9 AM the next day.
Questions
Many start with Excel for enquiries and a paper service report, then add a CRM for sales and something separate for service. Meazurable WorkLogger covers sales enquiries, installation, biomedical service visits, the equipment installed at each hospital and AMC/CMC contracts in one app, with GPS attendance for the field team.
Yes. The preventive maintenance form includes the electrical safety test, earth resistance, leakage current, calibration and the next calibration due date. You can change the fields to match your equipment and the manufacturer's checklist.
A tender or rate contract is a step in the sales process, with a follow-up date and a person responsible. Won and lost reasons include "Rate contract" and "Lost tender", so you can see how many deals go each way. It does not manage tender documents or bids.
Yes. Both are tracked the same way: the units covered, the preventive visits, breakdown calls against the limit and reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before the contract ends. Whether spare parts are covered is part of your terms with the hospital.
Days. Your account starts with the departments, steps, service forms, a product catalogue and leave types above already in place. We import your customers from Excel and change anything that doesn't match how you work.
