What it does
Proof of the day's work without calling anyone
If you run a team of salesmen or service engineers, you probably ask the same three questions every evening: who came to work, which customers did they meet, and how many kilometres should we pay for. These are the parts of the app that answer them.
Check-ins at every customer
At each visit the phone records where they are and links the check-in to the follow-up they came for. It waits until the GPS reading is accurate to 100 metres before saving.
The day's route on a map
Pick a person and a date to see their stops in order, joined by the road route between them.
Kilometres for travel allowance
At 11:59 PM the day's check-ins are run through Google Maps driving directions and the road distance is saved. Export km per person per day to Excel for up to 62 days at a time.
Reminders when someone forgets
Emails at 11 AM to anyone who hasn't punched in and at 7 PM to anyone who hasn't punched out. On weekdays you also get one email listing everyone who missed their morning or evening check-in.
Their work for today, in order
The app opens on "Up now": the next follow-up or visit, with Done and Later buttons. Anything not done by midnight is marked missed and put back on their list for 9 AM.
Who sees what
Managers see their team. You see everyone.
Set up reporting managers once. A sales manager sees the sales team's attendance and routes, a service manager sees the engineers, and staff see only their own day.

How do I track my field employees?
Give each person the Meazurable WorkLogger app. They punch in with GPS in the morning, check in at each customer they visit and punch out in the evening. You see who is present, where each check-in happened, the day's route on a map and the kilometres travelled.
Is this live GPS tracking?
No. WorkLogger records location when staff punch in, check in at a visit and punch out. It does not follow their phone all day, so you get proof of each visit without recording where people go at lunch or after work.
How are kilometres calculated for petrol allowance?
Every night the day's check-ins are sent to Google Maps in order, from the first to the last, and the driving distance along the road is saved. Because it follows the roads, the figure is usually higher than a straight line between the points would give.
Can a salesman fake a customer visit?
Each check-in saves the GPS position, the street address and the time, and links it to a specific customer follow-up. A manager looking at the day's map can see a visit that was logged from the wrong place.
Does it handle leave and holidays too?
Yes. Staff apply for leave in the app, their manager approves or rejects it, and holidays and weekly offs are set once for the company. Punch reminders skip anyone on approved leave.
Does it work on any phone?
Staff use it on their own smartphone, Android or iPhone. Location has to be switched on for a check-in to save the position.
How much does it cost?
₹250 per user per month. Attendance with GPS, visit check-ins, travel reports, leave and all exports are included, along with setup and support.
