How to choose
- Count your people and your jobs. Per-team and per-job pricing is cheaper for small teams with many visits. Per-user pricing is simpler as you grow.
- Decide where invoicing lives. If your accountant already raises GST invoices in Tally or Zoho Books, you don't need it in the AMC tool.
- Ask to see a renewal reminder and a missed visit. Those two screens decide whether the tool saves you money.
- Give a technician the app for a day. If they won't fill the report on site, nothing else matters.
